Am I eligible for the program?

All essential workers and their household members are eligible to participate in Operation Courage. We define essential workers as people who are not able to work from home during the pandemic. In other words, if you or a close family member are going to work and dealing with the public, then you are eligible!

What is the Operation Courage process?

Start by taking the assessment in the top right corner. After completing your assessment, you have the choice to speak with one of our counselors through a free consultation.

What is the difference between Therapy and Psychiatry?

- Therapy: A mental health therapist is a trained professional who works closely with clients to identify problems, establish goals, and implement specific interventions to help individuals regain or maintain emotional stability.

- Psychiatry: Psychiatry is the branch of medicine focused on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders.
